If ‘Yes’ appears in this column, the declaration contains invalid lines, was submitted less than 22 days ago and is still available to correct online. To make corrections to the declaration, please follow the relevant link in the 'Available for correction' column.
Alternatively, if more than one declaration is shown as being available for correction, you can click on the ‘View/amend all errors’ button at the bottom of the page. This will take you to the 'Correct declaration errors' page, which will display errors for all declarations that are still available for correction online.
If ‘No’ appears in this column the declaration can no longer be amended online. You can download a form VAT 101B Correction sheet by following the link VAT 101B -Value Added Tax - EC Sales list (Correction sheet) or you can request one from the VAT Helpline on 0300 200 3700.
