The unit of measure will default to the one used for the previous return. For example, if you used hectolitres on your March return, the unit of measure will default to hectolitres for your April return.
You can change the unit of measure by selecting the radio button for litres or hectolitres. You can do this each period but NOT during an open period.
Please note: Only numeric characters can be entered in the columns:
• Number of cases
• Number of casks
• Quantity
Unless the returns are out of sequence, you can't edit the amounts in the fields at the beginning of the period.
Enter all stock received from within the EU and outside of the EU including stock from other UK warehouses. If you enter your stock in litres, you can record the product amount to the nearest whole number or to two decimal places.
If you enter your stock in hectolitres, you must record the product amount to two decimal places.
Enter all stock removed from your warehouse including losses and destructions. If you enter your stock in litres, you can record the product amount to the nearest whole number or to two decimal places.
If you enter your stock in hectolitres, you must record the product amount to two decimal places.
These fields will be populated as you complete the return and are non-editable.
