New issues (Updated 9 April 2014)

Problems submitting PAYE returns for Apple Mac users - 'Submission results screen' shows 'Initialising submission'

An issue has been identified with the update for Basic PAYE Tools (version 14.0.14063) which affects all Apple Mac users. When attempting to send a submission, the screen sticks on 'Initialising' or 'Submitting' and will not send the submission.                        

Please ensure you have the most recent update installed (version 14.0.14098) as this has resolved the issue.
